How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination country.
This is like that to help our customers to reduce shipping costs as those costs are based in range of weight (kg) and not in number of items.
For example, in many cases the 2nd or 3rd item can be sent without increasing free shipping rates. For example, shipping cost to Spain (peninsula) is 5.95€ up to 3 kg (or equivalent volume) and the price up to 3 Kilograms in Europe oscillates between 15€ and 19.90€ for a large number of countries in the European community.
Use this advantage ordering multiple products at once (for example ordering with a friend) to reduce shipping cost.

Can I pick up my order at the physical store and save shipping costs?

What is the products delivery time?

As we have physical warehouse, we have as much as possible, a large stock of most requested products. Nevertheless, most of our products are very customizable and that makes impossible to have stock of all sizes and colors. To know stock, please contact us .

In this way:
- Items in stock: They will be shipped on working days (Monday to Friday, not public holidays). If the order and payment arrive before 13:00, we will ship the order that same day if it is working. If received later than 13:00, it will be sent the next working day. 

- Items needed to be manufactured:To know the time required, see the product sheet. If this is not specified, please contact us before placing your order to ensure the deadlines. 


- The manufacture deadlines are provided by the manufacturer himself, they are approximate and it´s important to note that we depend on him to respect the deadlines. Anyway, Tamara Flamenco Dance commit to take care of his customers and in this way we always try that deadlines are respected by the manufacturer.

The factories close for holidays:

- During the month of August

- From December 24th to January 6th.

These days don't count for the usual time of manufacture of the product because the factories are closed. Keep this in your mind if you make your order.

NOTE: bank transfers may take 2-5 days to be received. The shipping time (and, if necessary, manufacturing times), start counting after payment is recipe in our bank.

What is the delivery time?

It depends on the type of shipment and country selected. You can see the delivery times of each one when you select it on the web.

As approximate estimate:

National Shipping:


Standard: 24h to 48h workdays

Express: 24 working hours

Islands: 2 to 4 working days approximately


The delivery time of the company in all services is from 9:00 to 19:00. For urgent shipments with a deadline, please contact us to see if your request is possible and in such case, offer a quote.


International deliveries:

SPRING (economic service): Europe: 7-15 days, Rest of the world: 10-20 days

SEUR (standard service): Europe: 3-5 days

SEUR (urgent service): Europe: 2-3 days, Rest of the world: 3-5 days

Shipping on Easter:

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays we will only be able to send orders received on the same day before 11:30. Thursday and Friday the company will be closed. Orders received later than Wednesday at 11:30 will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

Will I be notified when my order will be sent?

 Yes. You will receive an email with a notification (with the necessary data for package tracking) when your order has been shipped . 

Important: Tamara Flamenco will notify the customer when your package is shipped. It is the customer's obligation to be attentive to the arrival of the package and make sure that there are no incidents in the delivery (if there are incidents, do not hesitate to contact us). If the parcel returns to the shop because the delivery could not be made, the customer must pay for 2 shipments (the return here and the return of the parcel). This is because the carrier charges each trip of the package. We hope you will be understanding and we ask you to please follow up on your shipment. 

I need to send an order to another address (different to my profile address), is it possible?

Yes there is no problem. You just have to write this new address in the shipping information step. If for any reason you want to change this address after order it is done, please contact us.

If some product has a problem, do you exchange it?

Of course, we always guarantee the quality of our products.

Do you ship outside of Spain?

Yes, we have an extensive experience in international shipping and we work with the best shipping companies. Note that if you live outside of the European Union, your country´s customs could apply extra duties.

Can I specify a delivery time frame?

This service it is not available. Transport agency will deliver the parcel in the daytime. Please take this in mind when choosing the sending address.
