SHIPPING: CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES
How long does it take for the parcel to arrive?
You will be able to view these times when selecting the carrier. As a rough estimate:
National Shipments (Spain):
Standard: 24–48 working hours
Islands: approximately 2 to 4 working days
The carrier’s delivery hours for all services are from 9:00 to 19:30 on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You cannot choose a delivery time. If the customer is not at home, the carrier will attempt a new delivery on the next working day.
International Shipments:
Courier company:
Europe: 3–5 working days
Rest of the world: 3–6 working days. (provided there are no customs delays)
Postal Service:
Europe: 10–20 working days
Rest of the world: 20–35 working days. (provided there are no customs delays)
Very urgent deliveries: If you need your parcel sooner, we offer a FEDEX Express service, which is the fastest on the market; although the cost is high, it guarantees delivery in a very short time. For parcels that need to be delivered urgently, please ask us for a no-obligation quote.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the weight and volume of the selected products and your destination country.
At the time of writing this guide, postage costs for mainland Spain are 4.95€ for up to 5 kg (or equivalent volume), and the price for up to 3 kg within Europe ranges from 12.95€ to 14.95€ for a large number of countries in the European Union.
Important: Your order will be dispatched in a single parcel once all items are ready.
If your order contains items that are in stock and others that are not, and you do not wish to wait to receive the items that are in stock, you will need to place two separate orders (one with the items in stock so that we can dispatch them quickly, and another with the items that are not in stock and require manufacturing time, which will be dispatched once they have been manufactured).
If you place an order and later decide that you wish to receive part of it first, you will need to pay for additional delivery. Please contact us regarding this option.
FREE DELIVERY:
Free delivery is the standard service and applies to online purchases of 70€ or more for deliveries to mainland Spain of parcels that can be sent via standard delivery. As the online shop and the physical shop operate on different systems and software, special discounts in the physical shop and special discounts in the online shop (such as free delivery on online purchases) CANNOT BE COMBINED OR EXCHANGED.
Can I collect my order from the shop and save on delivery charges?
Of course, and it’ll give you a chance to meet us in person ;). For this option, please enter your name and our address:

Delivery will cost 0€ and you can come and collect your order whenever you like. :)
What is the delivery time for products?
Products in stock: These will be dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). If the order and payment are received before 10:00, we will dispatch the order on the same day, provided it is a working day. If received after 10:00, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Products requiring manufacture: To find out the lead time, please check the product details page. If this is not specified, please contact us before placing your order to confirm the lead times.
NOTE: Please bear in mind that bank transfers can take 2 to 4 days to clear. The dispatch time (and, where applicable, the product manufacturing time) will begin once our bank confirms receipt of payment.
IMPORTANT:
The production time for items is as stated by the manufacturer; this is an estimate and we are ultimately dependent on them. Nevertheless, at Tamara Flamenco we look after our customers and do everything in our power to ensure that the manufacturer adheres to the agreed production times.
Factory closures for holidays:
- The whole of August
- From approximately 23 December to 7 January
- Easter week
These days do not count towards the usual production time for the product as the factories are closed. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
Deliveries over the Easter period:
On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, we will dispatch orders received before 10:00. The company will be closed on Thursday and Friday. Orders received after 10:00 on Wednesday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Courier companies will only deliver on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The next normal delivery day would be Monday.
Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?
- Yes. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched.
Important:
Tamara Flamenco will notify the customer when their parcel is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the parcel’s arrival and to ensure they inform us if the parcel does not arrive or if they detect any issues during delivery. The timeframe for delivery claims offered by the courier company is:
National deliveries ( Spain) : 48 hours from the day the parcel is received.
International shipments: 10 to 15 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the country.
Please understand that these timeframes are set by the courier company, not by us, so we ask that you keep an eye on your shipments. Once the time allowed by the courier company for making a claim has passed, it is very difficult to resolve any issues or open a claim.
If the parcel is returned to the shop because delivery could not be made for reasons beyond the control of the courier company (for example, the customer was not at the address, or the address was incomplete or incorrect), the customer will be required to pay for two deliveries (the return and the original delivery). This is because the courier company charges for each journey the parcel makes. We hope you will understand and ask that you please be on the lookout for your parcel.
Order issues:
If you have received a damaged item, if an item is missing from your order, if the item received is not the one you ordered, or if you encounter any other issue, you have 48 hours from receipt of the order to inform us. Once we are aware of your issue, TAMARA Flamenco will endeavour to resolve it as soon as possible.
I need to send an order to an address different from my customer details; is this possible?
Yes, that’s no problem. Simply indicate this in the delivery details during the checkout process. If for any reason you wish to change these details before the order is dispatched, please contact us.
