Refund policy
QUALITY GUARANTEE:
At TAMARA Flamenco, we work exclusively with Spanish manufacturers and high-quality products, based on our experience accumulated since our beginnings in 1984.
We carry the most recognized brands in the world of flamenco and dance, such as Begoña Cervera, DaveDans, Bloch, Capezio, So Danca, Filigrana, and Castañuelas del Sur, all renowned for their quality and prestige.
In addition, we have our own line, “TAMARA”, offering an excellent quality/price ratio. Designed by us and manufactured according to our specifications and high-quality standards.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Defective or incorrectly sent items:
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Although we inspect every item before shipping, if you receive a product with any defect or different from your order, we will replace it at no cost.
Please report any issue within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
The exact item you ordered will be replaced. Exchanges for different models, colors, or sizes are not accepted.
If you wish to choose a different item, it will be considered a standard exchange, and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Issues and solutions regarding international orders:
If an item has a minor defect (for example, a small loose stitch or another minor issue that does not affect the condition or usability of the garment), we reserve the right to offer alternatives to replacement, such as covering the costs of a local repair or providing appropriate financial compensation.
Our aim is to provide a swift, effective and proportionate solution, avoiding unnecessary delays arising from international return shipments, as well as reducing the environmental impact of such minor issues.
In cases where the defect is significant and affects the normal use of the product, the standard terms and conditions will apply.
Items in good condition:
If the product is in perfect condition, unused, with its original tags and packaging, you may request an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will be processed either as a store credit with no expiration date or for another item. (If the new item is more expensive, the difference must be paid. If it is cheaper, a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.)
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
- Single-use items (performances, fairs, weddings, Holy Week, etc.):
Due to the nature of these products, returns or refunds are not accepted. However, you may request an exchange for a different size or color, provided the item is in perfect condition.
This policy ensures that every item reaches our customers new and in impeccable condition. :)
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may inquire about canceling your order by calling the store: +34 956 347 489 or emailing info@tamaraflamenco.com. Cancellation is only possible if the order consisted of items in stock and has not yet been shipped.
Tamara Flamenco reserves the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Orders that are out of stock and must be made-to-order, which encounter any problem or impossibility in production.
- Orders containing an obvious pricing error, such as a cost of 0€, a price significantly lower than the actual one, or any technical/computer error. In such cases:
- The customer will be notified as soon as possible.
- The order may be canceled without penalty, and any amount paid will be refunded.
- We are not obligated to deliver products at incorrect prices, even if the order has already been confirmed.
- Any other clear error preventing the correct fulfillment of the order, as provided in Article 23 of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
