Cowboy boots, also called flamenco boots, are the traditional footwear used with thecountry suit, also called Andalusian short suit,in field work, fairsandpilgrimages.
Our shoemakers are now in their third generation. Continuing the tradition of their ancestors, they make their boots in the town of Huelva.Valverde del CaminoThis town boasts a long history of shoemaking and leather craftsmanship. The highest quality boots, like those you'll find in our shop, have hand-stitched and hand-finished leather soles. While a variety of materials are available, cowhide is the original and most durable.
Each season our design team creates new models that are presented at the most important footwear fairs worldwide, such as Moda Calzado in Madrid "MOMAD Metrópolis" or the Milan International Shoe Fair Micam Shoevent

TAMARA Flamenco offers you a select catalog where you can buy your cowboy boots online in a convenient and simple way.

Want to keep your boots in perfect condition? Follow these tips:

Cleaning oily leather boots:

• First, you should remove dust or any surface stains with a soft-bristled brush.
• For extra cleaning, gently rub the surface of the boot with a damp cloth and a little neutral soap without soaking the leather.
• Then let it dry at room temperature and never in the sun or with electric dryers.
• Once dry, apply "Horse Grease" with a clean cloth or sponge, spreading the product evenly over the entire leather. This will give your boots a natural look and keep the leather nourished and in perfect condition.
Cleaning leather boots for a shine:
• Follow the same procedure as before, but instead of applying horse grease, apply a colorless cream or one the color corresponding to the skin and finish by brushing the boot with a soft bristle brush until it shines.
Cleaning suede or nubuck boots:
• The ideal way to remove stains or dirt is to wipe the entire boot with a damp cloth and let it dry naturally without exposing it to any heat source.
• We can remove the dust with a rubber-bristled brush. We would finish the job by spraying a little special suede leather spray, which can be found in large stores and specialized shoe shops.
Another foolproof method is to boil water in a saucepan and place the boots over the steam, ensuring the steam covers all areas of the boot (without getting them wet). Then, let them dry completely and, once dry, brush them always in the direction of the nap. Tips for preserving your cowboy boots: Remember that dedicating a few minutes to your boots before storing them can extend their lifespan.
If you store your cowboy boots dirty, folded, and dry, the leather will take that shape, and it will be much harder to restore its original shine. That's why we advise you to take a few precious minutes before storing them; your boots and your feet will thank you.
