Exceptions:
- Items with "extras" or specific customization options (for example: special heels or leathers, changes in patterns or fabrics outside the usual menu).
- Flamenco dresses are seasonal items. TAMARA Flamenco guarantees the lowest price on its collections only during the peak season of the fairs, which runs from January 1st to the Sunday of the Jerez Horse Fair (the first or second week of May, depending on the year).
- Products on temporary sale or clearance. The guarantee covers regular or usual prices, not promotional or sale prices.
- Products with misleading prices, that is, those with a low price but high shipping costs or hidden surcharges that increase the total cost.
- The product being compared must be sold at a retailer that offers services and guarantees similar to ours. Comparisons with private sellers or wholesalers without customer guarantees are not accepted.
- The refund will be made after verifying that the item is in the same tax conditions (for example, excluding items with Tax Free).

Basic hat:
This basic hat style is highly recommended to complement flamenco attire with traditional or country-style outfits if dressed for a stroll (not while riding a horse), as well as for performances and dance choreography. This is because it is more malleable, recovers its shape more easily, and offers unbeatable value. Our affordable Cordoban hat is made of thick felt, a material that is highly resistant to light and significantly more rigid and durable than other materials such as thin felt, plastic, or polyester derivatives that you may find on other websites at similar prices. These latter materials retain much more heat and deform easily.
Tamara Flamenco Tip: If your hat wrinkles or creases slightly during a class, you can iron it, as high temperatures make it easy to reshape felt. (Always use at least one thin cloth as protection between the iron and the hat. Never do this with a handmade, artisanal hat!)
