	Réponse : Buenas tardes La medida del ancho es imposible tenerla. Es algo que depende del modelo del zapato, el material, etc. No es una medida tan fija como el largo por eso no se indica. Si pide su zapato estrecho la horma será la de una talla menos. Es decir si pide una talla 37 con horma estrecha será como el ancho de una talla 36. 	Réponse : Good morning. Answer your questions in order: - The standard width is the normal width of each size. The narrow width is a size with the width of a number less (for example, a size 37 with a width of 36). The wide width is the width of a number more (a number 37 with the width of a size 38). The most usual is order normal width, but if you have very thin or very thick feet feet, these secondary options are great. :) - The 60R tacon is of this photo (this heel is the more standard and most requested). - Orders for personalized for a client can not be returned.

Sira le 19/08/2016	Question : Buenas tardes, me gustaría saber.. ¿Cúal es la medida del tacón que aparece en la foto ?

No podria asegurarlo al 100% ya que es dificil saberlo con una foto pero diria que es el tacon 70R ( unos 8 cm de altura ), aunque si le comento que la medida que escogen el 90% de las personas por la relacion comodidad-estetica es la de 60R ( unos 7 cm aproximadamente).
